This public setup service

It serves the app listing, installation instructions and a public setup-help tool. It has no database and does not read Pencil tasks or projects. The application does not store cookies, Omi user IDs, request bodies, tokens or personal connection records. Incoming account identifiers are ignored.

Your personal Pencil connection

Omi stores the credentials for the personal MCP connection you create. Pencil validates the grant, workspace, current permissions and object visibility for each request. Data returned through MCP is processed by Omi according to its own service settings and policies.

Voice and conversations

Omi handles recording, conversation processing and speech playback. This setup service does not request conversation, memory, audio, location or proactive notification permissions. Connecting Pencil does not turn off Omi’s normal recording or retention.

Disconnect and deletion

Use Pencil → Settings → Integrations → Omi → Disconnect to revoke the Pencil grant and its tokens. Remove the separate MCP app in Omi as well. Removing the public setup app alone does not revoke your MCP grant. Revocation cannot erase data already retained by Omi; manage that through Omi’s controls.

Hosting and support

The hosting provider may process network information such as your IP address, request time and URL. These operational logs are managed by the hosting provider under its service settings. The setup application does not include analytics or collect personal connection credentials.
